Part 1: Susan Giarolo is a Kripalu trained Yoga teacher, offering classes at Presence of Mind Studio, and holds certifications in Let Your Yoga Dance, Restorative Yoga, Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra and is also a Reiki 1 and 2 Master, a certified 2.0 Yoga Informed Recovery Coach and doTerra Wellness Advocate. Susan began her journey in her late 20’s going through seven failed back & neck surgeries where she was placed on pain medication.  Discovering Yoga helped her get off pain medication and 31 years later she is excited to share her story, her struggles and what she considers her path to her authentic, best self in order to inspire hope in others who may be suffering from addiction.

Part 2:  Weekly Words of Wisdom – Lynda shares the “Go for Adventure” chapter from the Trust Your Vibes at Work book by Sonia Choquette which says that we are all faced with change and the outcome will be determined by how we choose to accept the change.
