Part 1: Carolyn Delaney is the founder of the Maine magazine, Journey. Carolyn started this magazine to amplify hope & celebrate freedom from addiction. They recently celebrated their 1 year anniversary and I was honored to attend the event. As a woman in recovery, Carolyn and her team’s mission is to shine a light on what freedom from addiction looks like. Her vision is to create a platform for celebrating recovery and amplifying a message of hope, empowerment and connection.

Part 1: Belinda Farrell is trained in hypnotherapy, past life regression, NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), Hawaiian chanting, and an ancient Hawaiian healing known as Huna. She trained with Tony Robbins, completed 18 firewalks and has effectively used the skills learned in Tony’s programs in her own life and to help others. When Belinda was forty-eight, she collapsed with herniated discs and spinal nerve damage. Threatened with paralysis by her medical doctors if she didn’t have surgery, Belinda instead chose to apply the ancient Hawaiian healing practices she had been learning the previous three years. Her back completely healed, including childhood scoliosis. For fifteen years she has been sharing these healing practices with others, offering Reconnective Healing and Huna classes and taking clients to Hawaii to teach Huna and swim with wild spinner dolphins. Belinda is now sharing what she has learned about ancient Hawaiian teachings in her book, Find Your Friggin’ Joy, and invites readers to forgive themselves and others, unplug from their old non-productive stories, and step into the frequencies of their Higher Self.
Part 2: Weekly Words of Wisdom – Lynda shares why her 2020 theme word is “healthy” and how she recently changed to eating primarily a plant-based diet and why she feels it was so easy to do.
Part 1: Dr. Meghan Schoening, a Doctor of Chiropractic, learned at a young age the philosophy of wellness; to trust the body, feed it nutrients and balance the mind. She brings her philosophy of wellness to her practice as she works with patients on healing with Chiropractic care, food choices, essential oils and nutritional protocols and she shares that knowledge with us as well on this episode of Living Life with Lynda!
Part 2: Weekly Words of Wisdom – Lynda shares an article titled, “People Don’t Meet Anyone by Chance”. It is about how there are 7 kinds of cosmic connections the universe will send your way. Lynda also talks about an “awareness class” she is taking and how it has raised her vibrational energy to bring new, very cool people into her life.
Part 1: Yves Brinkmann is a Certified Hypnotherapist and founder of the Midcoast Clinic of Hypnotherapy in Yarmouth, Maine. We will discuss how hypnotherapy works and how he has been able to help patients who suffer from anxiety, pain and sleep disorders using this therapy. And we also talk about how, after just 4 sessions, Yves helped cure my husband’s fear of travel that he’s had for over 15 years! Amazing!!
Part 2: Weekly Words of Wisdom – Lynda talks about how her husband, Shawn’s, anxiety of travel developed over time to eventually affect him in other ways besides just traveling. If you have anxiety issues, please seek treatment besides relying on medication.
Part 1: I am joined by Pasha Marlowe, owner of Roots & Springs Studio. Pasha creates individualized programs for her clients incorporating Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Cardio, Strength & Mind/Body techniques. She believes fitness and wellness have so much more to do with what happens inside your brain and outside of the gym/studio.
