In this episode, we dive into The Somniskills Workbook to help you understand why you may be having trouble and provide some tools to help you get a good night’s rest!  Rachel Reed’s husband, Dr. David Reed, was a Psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and helped people develop healthy sleep habits. He decided to write The Somniskills Workbook to give people another tool to utilize on their own. Unfortunately, David passed away unexpectedly before the book was completed, so Dr. William (Bill) Sacco stepped up to help Rachel finish the book and get it published.
